Kindergarten This Week

Favorite Animal Day

Tomorrow is an opportunity for students to dress up as their favorite animal.  If they choose to do so they do not have to wear their uniform.  Please be creative and make or find ways of creating their animal costumes at home.  There is no need to go out to buy anything.

There is no school this coming Friday, November 23rd for both AM and PM Kindergarten students as it is a PD day.

The letter this week is e with the words we and wet for the two sounds.  Parents can read books and identify words with these two sounds as well as brainstorm words with the sounds to support learning the sounds this week.  Using the posted video on grapheme gestures is a good way to review the letters and sounds we have learned so far this year.

Thank you for making sure the library books are returned in a timely way and our library days continue to be Monday and Thursday.
